related to my previous post on note-taking i have found a good tool for that

it's Quicknote, a python app for note taking written for the maemo internet tablet but since it's python it just runs on any linux distro (fedora in my case)

so what do i like about it:

• very simple interface
• sqlite backend
• categories
• can sync over network to anyother instance of quicknote

i moved all my notes from jpilot which i used before because it used to sync with my sony clie palm device

now i have my maemo and it syncs my notes with my fedora

what else can i ask for!

maybe sync chat logs and calendar or maybe have quicknote to sync over bluetooth...

men are greedy!
