Boxing6 weeks ago I started going to those boxing sessions at work, it's not really about boxing but about keeping in shape sort of workout It's fun and it's really hard, it uses all your body muscles. first we started punching in the air, just to get technique right and workout, then we started doing quick punches hitting the gloves of my partner. all that was ok. The big thing happened when we started punching those sand bags. WOW it reaaly feels great, i get to punch something as hard as i can and not care if i hurt it or no. It feels good to let all this energy and stress into a puch. With each punch, you let go of your mind, you feel relaxed and tired. It turns into a joyfull thing, Sadistic! don't you think! well now i know why all those guys joined Fight Club. I'm actually thinking of starting one! who's in!
