yeah finally i am leading a healthy life style, at least that's what i think.

5:45 wake up and go run in the street

6:30 take a shower

6:45 breakfast a yogurt and 2 toasts

7:00 take the bus to work

i don't eat anything at work, take lunch with my pretty wife at home at around 7:00pm and spend some time at home before i sleep around 1:00 am

Friday: just sleep as much as i can ;)

lately i noticed a lot of commercials about fairness gels and creams

this really gets on my nerves here, they are trying to convince every girl out here that having a skin that is not white makes her a second degree human

i myself prefer a girl with a fair skin but never in the world I'd want want any woman to change her skin for me

this is so cheap

having two jobs is like having no life. it feels good but sometimes you just feel like getting your life back for a while i always tried to have a side job, sometimes for the experience and sometimes for the pay.i succeeded every now and then in having like side projects, and it was good, and then i was able to get a part time job, approx.

I'm from Alexandria originally but i moved to Cairo for work, then i got married and my wife had to move to Cairo too.

this week i was screwing my brains out for the last four days trying to get Oracle and compiere run on Linux, everyday i just start and end up at the same point "failure" it was eating me i couldn't think of anything else even at home until i finally got it working yesterday while i was listening to Buddha Bar CD .

this morning started up at ease, i woke up early, got dressed and then went to turn on some music and sat in the balcony enjoying the peaceful neighborhood and the green all around (one of the benefits of living out of the city) , my wife was still doing some things in the kitchen.i felt so peaceful i even got online and read some blogs.i was listening to hamid elshaery "khodny bein edeik" i really like some of his old stuff, it's so romantic in the sense of relaxation.what came after that was hell, you guessed it right CAIRO TRAFFIC i had to go pick up my mom from the train station and take h

that night it was fantastic, the place was wonderful, security guys were not the silly security usually present.wonderful music and songs of "west elbalad" the green and the lights and the palms, people having fun all around, those who are listening to music and those who just came to hang out everybody was free to whatever they liked.it was one of those night when Egypt is the place i like to live in

what the hell does that word mean?i hate it, i hate what it means, and i mostly hate the effect that it leaves on people belonging most of the times lead to discrimination and divide.to belong (antamy) to something is a very strong word, to be part of some group, to belong to my country! to belong to my family! to belong to this group of people! to belong to this club or that!

what the hell is going on these days, politics all around us, people fighting against others, i never was into politics and i guess I'll never be but what i read through the week is disgusting.i am not with or against a certain party but i am against all uncivilized and brutal actions, all i read about the brutal actions of last Wednesday made me wonder if i should stand still or should i go out and join, well it only lasted a minute.I'm not really interested in what's going on, i sympathize with the victims but i can't feel anything for the cause.

i have noticed something, did you ever see an old couple dancing.compare them to a young couple.i noticed that young couples both the man and the woman lean toward each other while the old couple the man will be standing and the woman in front of him usually leaning on him.why is that ? why are men leaning toward women these days?maybe it's that we are totally in love now, and the old people it's over with the passion, or is it that men used to have more power and presence than now?i tend to think of being in love ;-)
